Shipping Policy


  1. KITA Fragrances ships its products anywhere within South Africa.

  2. We offer free shipping for all orders above R750.

  3. A shipping fee of R95 will be charged for orders below R750.

  4. Orders will only be prepared for dispatch once full payment has been received.

  5. We aim to dispatch orders within 3-7 working days from receipt of payment. For wholesale/bulk orders, the dispatch time will be estimated on the quote provided.

  6. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with a link to track your delivery. Delivery times from dispatch vary between 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. Most central areas receive their orders within one day, while outlying areas take longer.

Refund Policy


  1. KITA Fragrances offers a quality money-back guarantee for all its products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within three weeks of receipt of the product, and we will arrange for the product to be collected, and you will receive a full refund.

  2. Please ensure that you inspect the package in the presence of the courier representative upon receipt. If there are any missing items, please make a note of it on the delivery note and sign it. You must then send us a copy of this delivery note within two calendar days.

  3. KITA Fragrances will not be held liable if any previously agreed conditions of handling or storage are not respected by the customer or if the goods have been tampered with by the customer in any way.

  4. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us within the designated period, and we will either replace or reimburse the products that we have recognized as not conforming to our specifications or as having potential defects.

  5. Any returns of goods after three weeks of purchase shall be subject to prior written agreement between the customer and KITA Fragrances. The customer must provide justifications for the defects, deficiencies, or non-conformities that arise after three weeks of receipt of purchase, and allow KITA Fragrances to collect the product for inspection. The customer must allow KITA Fragrances to see these defects and remedy them. Any goods returned without our agreement will be held at the disposal of the customer. In this case, KITA Fragrances will not issue a credit note and will not pay for the transport costs.

  6. No returns for any reason will be accepted after three months from dispatch.
